  1. To save a previously saved movie as a self-contained movie:

  3. 1. Choose Save As from the File 
  4.     menu.
  5.  
  6. 2. Click Make Movie Self-Contained.
  7.  
  8.     The file name has the word ΓÇ£copyΓÇ¥ 
  9.     appended to it. You can change 
  10.     this name if you wish, but you 
  11.     cannot revert to the original 
  12.     file name.
  13.  
  14. 3. Click Save.
